Title says it all. We had some time to get the emotions going after the draft and honestly guys this feels pretty special. When you know, you know. And I can tell you this has special sauce dripping all over it. Justin Fields is a Chicago Bear and basically nobody thought it was possible. Everyone (very rightfully) expected another 3-5 year turn around. New management with new defense and some miserable Sunday’s various Andy Daltons and all the misery that would come with. Well fuck that noise because we got our guy and that’s all that matters in this league.
That said if Matt Nagy fucks this up then he is dead to me forever. You don’t get to miss on two guys. This one has to hit and fortunately for everyone involved, there’s literally no excuse. Let’s get to work.
